Paneer Pizza Recipe

You can serve this delicious pizza recipe with tomato sauce and mustard sauce. If you do not have an oven or an OTG, you can also prepare this healthy Paneer pizza in a pan as well. To make this simple pizza recipe, just sauté the vegetables and the paneer for 3-4 minutes, until the cover is partially cooked. Then simply place the toppings on the pizza and sprinkle the cheese. INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon pizza sauce
  • 1 cubed capsicum ( green pepper)
  • 1 cubed capsicum ( green pepper)
  • 1 handful basil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 bunch finely chopped spinach
  • 100 gm cubed paneer
  • 1 medium pizza base
  • 1 teaspoon spice oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

How to make Paneer Pizza At Home

  1. Take a ready-made pizza dough. If you like healthy eating, then choose wheat or a multi-grain base. You can also prepare the pizza base at home by kneading the dough with a little salt and yeast. Let stand for 6 hours. Knead it again and make round bases with it.
  2. Spread a layer of butter on the base of the pizza, followed by pizza sauce. If you do not have a pizza sauce at home, you can use tomato sauce. Wash the spinach and chop finely. Crush the paneer approximately and cut the pepper. Add a layer of spinach, paneer and pepper leaves at the base of the pizza. Top with crushed basil leaves. Save some for coverage.
  3. Now, grate the cheese on the pizza. Make sure it spreads evenly throughout the pizza. Ideally, you should use mozzarella cheese, but if you do not have it, you can use cheese cubes. Bake the pizza at 180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven.
  4. Once done, remove the pizza and let it cool a little. Cut the paneer pizza into slices. Decorate the pizza by sprinkling the oregano seasonings or the chilies and basil leaves. Serve hot.
